What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen items
• maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces
• clean dishwashing equipment and storage areas
• dispose of trash and recycling according to hotel policies
• store clean items in designated areas
• assist with basic food preparation when needed
• notify supervisors when supplies are low
• assist with unloading deliveries and organizing inventory
• coordinate with kitchen staff.
