What you'll do

• Train school staff in evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
• support Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
• assist IEP teams with behavioral planning
• model behavior strategies and classroom management
• observe students, monitor interventions, and collect behavioral data
• provide parent education and behavioral consultation
• participate in Teacher Assistance Team meetings
• support PBIS
• maintain documentation and regulatory compliance.
