What you'll do

• Answer and monitor emergency and non-emergency calls
• operate radio and communications systems to dispatch police, fire, EMS, animal control, and city personnel
• verify incident locations and response needs
• coordinate requests and messages
• provide emergency medical dispatch pre-arrival instructions
• enter and retrieve information in public safety systems
• monitor camera and alert systems
• maintain transaction logs and working relationships with public safety personnel and residents.
