What you'll do

• Resolve FDA and Partner Government Agency clearance holds, classification queries, documentation gaps, and agency issues
• guide and train entry writers on regulatory requirements
• monitor holds with FDA, FWS, CBP, and other agencies
• manage the FDA shipment queue and routing
• review CBP and PGA bond reports and coordinate corrective actions
• respond to customer and internal escalations
• support return-to-origin shipments and FDA exam staging
• coordinate cross-site holds and maintain operational trackers.
