Engineering Technician

The Engineering Technician role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, WI, with compensation of $24–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Develop test environments and procedures for PCBA products
• manage and optimize SMT production-line test capacity
• program and maintain ICT, Flying Probe, and X-ray testing equipment
• analyze failures and implement corrective actions
• monitor test-station performance
• train operators
• lead new-product-introduction validation
• coordinate preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot production issues
• participate in PFMEA and continuous improvement.
