What you'll do

• Maintain accounting records for two related companies
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• manage accounts payable, invoices, and approved vendor payments
• monitor outstanding bills
• record and reconcile customer payments, deposits, and loan transactions
• track vehicle inventory, purchase costs, and repair expenses
• process payroll
• prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
• coordinate with the outside CPA on taxes, financial statements, and year-end reporting
• and maintain organized records and accounting controls. Three years of bookkeeping or accounting experience is required.
