Accurate records, issue resolution, timely payments when applicable, and compliance with relevant policies support members’ financial wellness and service experience.

What you'll do

• Assess members’ income, assets, debts, expenses, and credit information
• develop and review tailored budgets and debt-management strategies
• negotiate with creditors for more favorable terms
• explain credit union products and services
• maintain electronic account and counseling records
• investigate payment or account discrepancies
• disburse creditor payments by ACH or BillPay when applicable
• participate in community outreach and financial wellness presentations
• follow BSA, AML, and OFAC requirements.
