What you'll do

• Post jobs
• source, screen, interview, and hire candidates
• manage applicant tracking system records and pipelines
• coordinate interviews
• administer background checks, I-9s, and onboarding documents
• maintain compliance with employment laws and policies
• prepare weekly recruiting reports
• provide weekend coverage as needed.
