The Associate Attorney, Construction / Insurance Defense role is an onsite, full-time position in New York, NY, paying $120,000–$145,000 per year for an attorney with four or more years of experience. What you'll do

• Handle a litigation caseload
• draft pleadings, motions, orders, memoranda, discovery, and dispositive motions
• conduct legal research
• prepare for and take party and expert depositions
• review client documents and prepare case evaluations and status reports
• manage matters from inception to trial
• participate in mediations and court appearances
• and communicate with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues, and staff.
