• Counsel clients on construction contracts, project delivery methods, risk allocation, and design professional agreements
• handle construction disputes, claims, mechanic’s liens, payment issues, and defect litigation
• negotiate and draft construction and design agreements
• advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and project risk management
• develop client relationships, referral networks, and practice presence.
