The Project Coordinator I role is onsite in Rockville, MD. Compensation is not specified. The position supports CRB’s delivery of capital design and construction projects for biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and advanced technology markets. The coordinator assists the Project Manager by helping align internal and external project contributors and maintaining coordination among clients, construction managers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers. This work supports project delivery across renovations, retrofits, and new construction.

What you'll do

• Assist the Project Manager with capital design and construction project delivery
• help direct and coordinate internal and external architects and engineers
• interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• handle multiple tasks and support business and personnel management.
