Project Manager — Defense and National Security Programs

The role supports Battelle’s Spectrum Solutions organization, which develops advanced RF, electronic warfare, resilient communications, sensing, and C5ISR solutions for national security customers. The project manager leads technical program execution and customer engagement, coordinating resources and multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities. The role also supports proposals and business growth while managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, safety, and customer expectations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate proposal strategies, teams, and partner organizations with Business Development
• contribute to contract negotiations
• prepare and present technical, cost, and schedule updates
• direct project risk planning and mitigation
• integrate safety policies and regulations into project plans
• apply project management best practices and Battelle processes
• maintain compliance with government and industry regulations
• manage program financial performance, forecasting, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
