What you'll do

• Lead the Family Based treatment team with a bachelor’s-level clinician and director/supervisor
• implement clinical interventions and complete treatment goals and safety plans
• assess strengths and safety
• connect families with community resources
• provide crisis stabilization and coordinate agency and community services
• conduct insurance authorizations and reviews
• complete clinical documentation and comply with quality assurance and applicable requirements
• attend the agency-paid three-year Family Based training program and supervision
• provide rotating 24/7 on-call services.
