Field Service Technician — Microgrid Systems

The Field Service Technician role is based in Meridian, MS, with field work at customer sites. Pay is $40–$55 per hour. RavenVolt provides turnkey energy solutions and microgrid systems designed to improve energy reliability and resilience. The technician installs, commissions, tests, repairs, and maintains microgrid switchgear and control systems, helping customers operate connected power-generation and energy-storage equipment safely and reliably.

What you'll do

• Inspect, start up, commission, modify, and maintain microgrid switchgear and control systems
• perform wiring checks and system testing
• configure and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, communications, and connected equipment
• coordinate vendors
• document site work
• adjust generators for synchronization and load sharing
• provide operator training and on-call emergency support as required.
