What you'll do

• Install, clean, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ice machine equipment
• provide customer support during field visits
• diagnose technical issues and determine solutions
• document service actions with photos, forms, and reports
• maintain truck stock and company vehicles
• train and mentor less senior technicians as required
• manage ice pickup and delivery as needed.
