The Contract Program Manager – Digital Websites role follows a hybrid model, with optional office presence for US staff within commuting distance of the Washington, DC office. Compensation is $60–$90 per hour. Blue State partners with causes, brands, and campaigns to create change; this role supports its global website development practice and Media Team. This is an evergreen expression-of-interest posting, and interviews are not currently ongoing. The program manager leads website development and technical consulting projects from discovery through delivery, connecting client stakeholders with strategy, design, engineering, analytics, and content teams. The role helps translate client goals into feasible requirements and coordinated project plans for digital platforms.

What you'll do

• Manage website project budgets, timelines, scopes, requirements, sprint plans, release schedules, testing and measurement plans, stakeholder feedback, resourcing, and project communications.
• Support scoping of new client engagements and use AI to accelerate work such as drafting requirements or organizing inputs.
