What you'll do

• Respond to calls from referral sources and potential clients
• identify client needs and consult with the Director of Clinical Management
• complete viable referrals through prescreening assessments, reports, case proposals, and pre-admission paperwork
• oversee field staff assisting with prescreening
• consult with third-party representatives about benefits, authorization, reimbursement, and coverage
• communicate case acceptance and clinical team information to referral sources
• maintain knowledge of company and community services
• maintain referral relationships
• track satisfaction and conversion metrics
• support compliance processes and HIPAA practices
• and participate in growth planning and special projects.
