What you'll do

• Collect, review, and verify daily time records
• monitor clock-in and clock-out activity
• resolve missed punches, job-coding errors, and pay-related issues with supervisors
• confirm hours, departmental allocations, productivity tracking, and labor distribution
• track attendance and leave
• submit approved time and payroll data by deadlines
• generate attendance, overtime, productivity, and labor-cost reports
• maintain records for audits and controls
• respond to employee inquiries
• protect confidential payroll information
• assist with employee scheduling
• follow company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
