Expressive Therapy Group Facilitator, Weekends

The Expressive Therapy Group Facilitator role is onsite in Jensen Beach, FL, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for 10–15 hours per week; pay is $28–$45 per hour based on licensure and experience. The role supports River House Wellness, a residential mental health treatment program for adults working toward healing and stability.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead therapeutic groups using creative modalities such as art, music, and movement
• create a safe, supportive, trauma-informed group environment
• adapt group content to residents’ needs and acuity
• document groups in the EMR
• communicate observations and concerns to the clinical team
• and follow facility policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and weekend availability are required.
