What you'll do

• Walk the property and remove litter, debris, and pet waste
• clean common areas and outdoor walkways
• perform trash-outs and maintain dumpster areas
• rake shrub beds and shovel mud or dirt as needed
• assist with make-ready work and general maintenance
• perform minor repairs, painting, and upkeep when assigned
• help organize maintenance areas
• check exterior lighting
• report hazards
• keep utility areas accessible
• follow safety guidelines and complete required training.
