What you'll do

• Coordinate personnel, resources, and project activities
• assist with budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting
• prepare project documentation and status reports
• coordinate with engineering, supply chain, construction management, accounting, and other departments
• support quotations, bid packages, proposals, and procurement
• track deliveries
• document meetings and action items
• assist with contract administration, cost monitoring, commissioning, punch lists, closeout, and warranty issues
• maintain project records
• promote safe work practices and escalate risks and constraints.
