What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team
• manage preventive and predictive maintenance and CMMS work orders
• analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions
• monitor maintenance KPIs
• manage spare-parts inventory
• troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
• support new equipment installation and commissioning
• train operators in equipment care and TPM
• coordinate with production, operations, purchasing, and engineering
• ensure compliance with plant requirements.
