Maintenance Technician

Seeking an energetic and responsible person to join our maintenance staff. Must be organized, self-motivated, dependable and have a proven track record of results. Must work well with existing property staff. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds.
