Account Associate — State Farm Agent Team Member

Job overview

The Account Associate role is onsite in Kent, WA. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The agent team’s mission is to help people manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. This sales-focused, customer-facing role supports agency growth by identifying customer needs, recommending insurance products, and building relationships. It also helps maintain accounts and support policy service and claims follow-up.

What you'll do

• Identify sales opportunities and recommend coverage
• manage customer accounts and database information
• assist with policy changes, coverage questions, and renewals
• cross-sell and upsell when appropriate
• support claims processing and follow up on claim status
• coordinate with underwriters on policy issuance.
