What you'll do

• Schedule, dispatch, prioritize, and follow up on field service work
• serve as a customer contact for service requests, repair status, estimates, approvals, invoices, and payments
• prepare estimates and obtain authorization
• prepare, document, submit, and track manufacturer warranty claims
• communicate with manufacturers about approvals and claim issues
• monitor work orders and claims through completion and collection
• coordinate customers, technicians, parts staff, manufacturers, and management
• review documentation and billing
• maintain service records and identify process improvements.
