What you'll do

• Lead team participation in assessment, planning, and implementation of professional practice
• ensure safe and effective patient care
• model clinical skills and customer service
• assess staff education needs and implement programs
• provide direct patient care within scope
• participate in unit fiscal management as requested
• act as Unit Director in the director’s absence
• maintain NRP education and review fetal monitoring documentation as applicable
• research evidence-based practices and support patient education resources.
