What you'll do

• Participate in quarterly quality improvement meetings and oversee improvement plans
• collaborate with the Branch Director on quality activities and corrective actions
• oversee responses to surveys and audits
• review documentation and charts for care variances
• hold case conferences to coordinate services and standards
• develop performance improvement plans
• communicate expectations, coach staff, and ensure timely performance evaluations.
