What you'll do

• Provide executive oversight from planning and preconstruction through delivery and closeout
• lead and develop project management, construction, and field leadership teams
• own budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and risk management
• guide schedules, procurement, contracts, and change management
• build relationships with clients, owners, partners, and stakeholders
• support pursuits, proposals, negotiations, and business development
• resolve escalated issues while focusing on safety, quality, and delivery.

Why this role
