What you'll do

• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and ServiceNow platform teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, architectural, and data requirements.
• Support the configuration and use of ServiceNow APM.
• Maintain and support CSDM-aligned data models.
• Partner with platform and operations teams.
• Facilitate the modeling and maintenance of Business Services and Service Offerings.
