BIM/VDC Lead

The role leads building information modeling and virtual design and construction work across project lifecycles. What you'll do

• Develop and manage BIM execution plans and standards
• oversee Revit model creation and maintenance
• manage project schedules and team productivity
• lead and mentor BIM coordinators and modelers
• train staff in Revit and BIM processes
• coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• facilitate clash detection and resolution
• conduct model reviews and audits
• implement quality control
• prepare progress reports and maintain project records.
