What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support by phone, email, and in person

• troubleshoot printers and office technology
• assist with backups, data recovery, updates, patch management, and IT projects

• coordinate onboarding and offboarding technology needs
• communicate with vendors.
