What you'll do

• Lead federal construction and manufacturing projects involving plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler systems
• ensure compliance with FAR clauses and federal contracting requirements
• develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
• coordinate with agencies, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• oversee procurement and contract negotiations
• conduct quality and safety inspections
• prepare compliance documentation and reports
• identify and mitigate project risks.
