Executive Compensation Associate Attorney

The role supports mergers and acquisitions, financings, IPOs, and other strategic transactions in collaboration with corporate, tax, capital markets, and employment attorneys.

What you'll do

• Advise public and private companies on executive compensation and equity incentives
• support mergers and acquisitions, financings, IPOs, and other transactions
• counsel on compensation-related securities and tax issues
• draft, review, and negotiate employment and equity award agreements
• advise on public company reporting and disclosure
• collaborate with corporate, M&A, capital markets, tax, and employment attorneys.
