What you'll do

• Provide care according to individual care plans
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, catheter care, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals and assist with feeding while considering dietary needs
• provide light housekeeping and monitor fall hazards
• accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and outings as required
• document care and report changes in condition
• collaborate with the care team.
