What you'll do

• Cross-train in all areas of the swim school
• instruct students on water safety and proper swim techniques using the Goldfish curriculum
• work in the water for three to four hours on some shifts
• work at least one perpetual shift per week
• obtain Ellis Lifeguard Certification within the first 90 days
• obtain lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications within 90 days.
