What you'll do

• Maintain a caseload of 1–7 clients depending on availability
• conduct functional behavior and skill assessments
• develop and update individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• analyze digital data and prepare progress reports
• supervise, train, and provide feedback to behavior technicians
• collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
• maintain compliant documentation
• support team meetings and center operations.
