What you'll do

• Develop, edit, and publish technical documentation, manuals, and process materials
• gather and interpret technical information
• manage configuration control and document versions
• create process manuals, agreements, memoranda, and SOPs
• coordinate document reviews
• prepare meeting minutes, action items, summaries, and presentations
• support technical reports and metrics documentation
• assist with collaboration tools and repositories
• maintain business process documentation and process maps
• ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standards.
