What you'll do

• Coordinate and complete federal and New Mexico income tax controversy cases, including litigation
• advise and represent clients
• interview clients and develop case strategies
• prepare legal filings
• represent clients in court, administrative proceedings, and appeals
• conduct research, investigation, and discovery
• manage case files and caseload deadlines
• collaborate with colleagues and community partners
• conduct outreach and legal education
• monitor tax-law developments and participate in the ABA LITC Listserv.
