What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls in a timely manner and follow communication scripts
• book hotel reservations and upsell when opportunities arise
• process event and concert ticket sales
• coordinate RSVPs for marketing functions
• confirm requests for direct-mail comped tickets
• answer questions about promotions and events
• communicate departmental issues to management
• maintain a weekly call log
• attend mandatory meetings and training
• maintain confidentiality and follow applicable tribal policies and controls.
