What you'll do

• Oversee technicians, service advisors, dispatching, and shop workflow
• lead and develop service staff

• manage technician scheduling, shop capacity, and repair order flow
• recruit, train, and retain personnel
• monitor productivity, efficiency, and hours per repair order
• manage labor rates, sales, and gross profit
• improve repair processes and follow-up
• ensure accurate documentation and quality control
• maintain warranty compliance
• manage expenses and performance goals
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• monitor satisfaction surveys and service follow-up.

Why this role
