What you'll do

• Contact claimants, employers, and treating physicians on new losses within 24 hours
• document claim facts and action plans
• coordinate return-to-work efforts
• refer suspected fraud to the SIU
• pursue subrogation and contributions
• ensure statutory and contractual compliance
• review rehabilitation plans and medical bills
• manage reserves and litigation
• respond to inquiries within stated timeframes.
