What you'll do

• Prepare restaurant revenue report data by auditing point-of-service records
• run front-office and point-of-service audit reports
• make corrections and adjustments
• enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front-office system
• balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly
• maintain files and reset systems for next-day operations
• assist guests and coworkers as needed.
