The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Des Moines, IA, with compensation of $17.50–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• prepare meals and help with housekeeping and home management
• provide transportation to appointments and community activities
• give medication reminders after provided online training
• document services
• encourage independence and support client goals
• maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Why this role
