What you'll do

• Conduct physical-readiness assessments
• develop written fitness plans
• coach and track progress
• develop voluntary wellness programs
• prepare Service Members for fitness assessments
• support medically authorized reconditioning
• review medical profiles and clearances
• coordinate with healthcare professionals
• develop educational content
• support virtual and in-person programming, outreach, unit events, and drill weekends
• maintain client records and program reporting.
