What you'll do

• Review prospective clients’ financial situations to assess whether debt settlement may be appropriate
• explain program benefits, risks, timelines, payments, and terms
• handle objections professionally
• manage inbound calls and follow up by phone, text, and email
• maintain a pipeline and meet or exceed monthly KPIs
• comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
