Hospice Administrator

What you'll do

• Direct hospice services and personnel
• establish and evaluate service goals and standards of care
• oversee operational planning and budgeting
• ensure legal, regulatory, and accreditation compliance
• monitor financial stability and service utilization
• manage complaints and conflicts
• support staffing, supervision, and staff development
• ensure interdisciplinary care and coordination
• maintain policies, procedures, and reporting
• participate in the on-call rotation and weekend coverage as needed.
