Project Engineer — Firestopping

Compensation is $55,000–$0 per year. The Project Engineer — Firestopping role is an onsite position in Brentwood, TN, with field and administrative responsibilities. Old Dominion Firestopping provides firestopping services to restore required fire ratings and support safety and compliance on projects. The Project Engineer supports project teams by coordinating documentation, schedules, submittals, change orders, and project updates. The role helps promote efficient project delivery, profitability, and client service through coordination with customers, field teams, vendors, and internal departments.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update project trackers
• prepare, review, and submit construction submittals
• review schedules and communicate milestones
• coordinate project turnover and assemble turnover binders
• prepare progress reports and internal updates
• assist with change-order pricing and logs
• prepare After Action Review documents for Project Manager review
• support client relationships
• track project assets and inventory
• coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• participate in project management meetings.
