What you'll do

• Lead Maintenance Managers, the Facilities Manager, and associated reliability, utilities, and contractor resources
• develop maintenance and reliability strategy
• improve preventive, predictive, autonomous, and corrective maintenance programs
• own CMMS governance and performance measures
• oversee facilities, utilities, infrastructure, budgets, projects, contractors, safety, compliance, and risk management
• and partner with Plant Managers and Engineering on maintenance priorities and capital projects.
