What you'll do

• Assist customers with jewelry purchasing decisions and provide a personalized showroom experience
• respond to online inquiries, live chats, and calls
• develop product knowledge about diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry
• support post-sale appointments and showroom appointments
• use the ERP system
• maintain showroom appearance and merchandising
• coordinate minor facilities issues
• receive and reconcile product and inventory
• support product security
• open and/or close the showroom.
