Project Coordinator – Stone Countertop Installation

Job overview

The Project Coordinator – Stone Countertop Installation role is onsite in Austin, TX, with regular job-site visits. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Compensation is $24–$32 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports Alpha Granite’s custom stone fabrication and installation projects.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily installation schedules and track projects from production through completion
• coordinate work with builders’ construction schedules
• review site readiness and resource needs
• read construction documents and CAD drawings
• assign crews, timing, and installation approaches
• communicate with builders, project managers, homeowners, and installers
• visit sites to assess conditions and troubleshoot
• document completed-install issues and arrange corrective work
• maintain job-tracking systems
• lead weekly installer meetings and monitor vehicle, tool, and equipment accountability.
